Rusty and Jazz bring over 40 years of combined experience and a trophy case full of GABF and World Beer Cup medals to our 10-barrel brewhouse on Wonder Street. Seamus O’Faolain – Irish-Style Red Ale
A house favorite brewed with Irish tradition. Amber in color with low bitterness and a crispy, smooth, light malt finish. Perfectly balanced and endlessly drinkable.
Buzzed Bee – Honey Ale
We start with Crystal Barley Malt and blend in lots of delicious honey. This style delivers unique crisp malt flavors with a finessed hop balance — sweet, smooth, and dangerously sessionable.
Hop Tahoe – West Coast-Style IPA
A light amber hue with strong hoppy profiles and assertive bitterness. Features Simcoe®, Summit, and Cascade hops balanced with appropriate malt presence. Bold, classic West Coast IPA that beer lovers crave.
