Our brand-new winter porter is here! Brewed as a true collaboration between GM Terra and Head Brewer Rusty, Sip Into the Night weaves together bold sarsaparilla (that classic root-beer bite), whole vanilla bean, and smooth cold-pressed coffee into a rich, full-bodied, grown-up root beer float. Dark as a Nevada winter sky and dangerously drinkable at 6.0% ABV.

Gluten-Reduced Beer at The Fox: Our gluten-reduced beers are crafted traditionally with barley, wheat, and classic ingredients, then treated with BSG Clarex® enzyme during fermentation to break down gluten molecules below 20 ppm—the FDA's threshold for "gluten-free" labeling. This process reduces gluten but does not remove all organic material, per TTB requirements. Unlike gluten-free beers made from sorghum or rice, ours retain full craft flavor. Ideal for those reducing gluten intake, but not recommended for celiac disease or severe allergies (consult your doctor).
